Umpteenth attempt at milling the lower starboard wing half. By this time I'd already gone through one entire block of machinable wax and was working with a home-made one, using recycled wax chips, melted and poured into a brownie pan; unfortunately I let the wax overheat a couple of times and this explains why the block is marred by bubbles. My fault entirely, the product itself is fantastic, machines like a dream, holds its shape, is kind to cutting tools, requires no release agent when used as a mould and is very versatile.
