Ribs and spars assembled. To my delight, they fit together nice and tight, not requiring any soldering. After all that work however I realised that the notch on the spar for rib 12 in fact corresponded to rib 12a AAARGH!!!!
These are the ribs (5,8 and 12) being cut on the 3D mill table out of 1mm brass with a 0,5mm mill bit.
